Healthy Eating
Making healthy food choices and eating a healthy balanced diet help you to enjoy your food, keep healthy and maintain a desirable weight. These sessions will provide practical help, so that healthy eating choices are easier to make... and stick to.
Weight Management
Maintaining your ideal weight can be a challenge. Through straightforward, practical approaches, including an exercise plan, participants are helped to consider ways of reaching, and keeping to, their desirable weight.

Lumps, Bumps and Moles
Cancer affects one in three people but you can lower your risk by coming to a session to find out how to take effective action.
Sensible Drinking
For many people drinking alcohol is a pleasant social activity. However, alcoholic drinks are best consumed in moderation. Find out more about safe and sensible drinking levels when you join a Live for Life session.
Stress Management
Too much to do? No time for yourself? No escape? The stress of today can be difficult to manage. Handling stress effectively is covered through these sessions.
Walk Your Way to Health

Lifefit Exercise Referral Scheme
This ten week course at Beau Sejour is available on prescription from G.P’s to anyone who they feel will benefit from a supervised programme of exercise at a reduced rate.
